PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOPS AND ACCESSORIES

The Government of Seychelles wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Procurement of Laptops and Accessories using the Limited Bidding Method under Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008:

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  1. Tekku Technologies
  2. Inconek
  3. Victoria Computer Services
  4. On Point Tech Services
  5. Space 95

The tender is restricted to only Local Suppliers that are registered to operate in Seychelles that can supply/deliver the requirement within a specific time frame.

All potential participants must submit following mandatory documents along with their interests:

  • Manufacturer’s Authorization (Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo). Documentary proof that the potential participant has been duly authorized by the goods’ manufacturer or producer to supply the goods
  • List of Previous Supplies in this field over the last five years, detailing relevant contracts and successful deliveries.
  • Valid Supplier License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA).
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2025, issued by the Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC).

In line with Regulation 77. 4. (d) of the Public Procurement Regulations,2014, Any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishes to express interest in participating in the procurement and meet the above eligibility criteria, may contact or submit their applications to the address below by Wednesday 29th October 2025 at 02.00pm.
