PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE “RESPITE CARE SERVICES.”

The Family and Equality Department intends to pre-qualify Service Providers for the “Respite Care Service”.

The Pre-Qualification documents containing detailed Terms and Conditions, can be collected free of charge, at the Office of the Family and Equality Department between 9am to 3pm. Mondays to Fridays

Last day of collection Friday 16^th January 2026.

Completed Pre-Qualification documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and be deposited in the Tender Box at:

Room 204, 2^nd Floor, Elderly & Disabled Division

Oliaji Building Trade Centre

so as to be received on or before Tuesday 03^rd February 2026 before 11.00am.

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter Room 204, 2^nd Floor, Elderly & Disabled Division, Oliaji Building Trade Centre in the presence of Applicants or their authorised representatives, who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bidding Documents for the “the Respite Care Service”, will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
