THE PROCUREMENT OF A MODERNIZATION OF PMC CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOAN & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Property Management Corporation (PMC) wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Procurement of a Modernization of PMC Customer Service, Loan & Property Management System through the adoption of Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.
This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified contractors meeting the criteria to undertake the works.
The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:
1.) Re-Leased
2.) Propertese
3.) Gov Pilot
4.) Yardi Voyager
5.) Finansys
All potential participants must submit the following mandatory documents along with their interests:
- Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
- A valid License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority to operate in Seychelles
- A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial year 2026
- Company profile showing years of experience along with past projects of similar nature
- A copy of VAT Certificate (if applicable)
