THE HEALTH CARE AGENCY (HCA) INVITES TENDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT HEALTH CARE FACILITIES

ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 2 and 3 ONLY registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Conditions:

  1. Bidders must demonstrate previous experience in facility maintenance or similar projects within the last Three (3) years.
  1. Bidders must have qualified technical staff and necessary equipment to perform the services
  • Bidders must comply with all relevant Seychelles laws, regulations, and Ministry of Health standards related to construction, maintenance, safety, and environmental protection.
  1. Tender is divided into Four (4) Lots and bidders are eligible to bid for one or all lots
  1. Only one Lot will be awarded per bidder

Baie Ste Anne Praslin Hospital & Grand Anse Praslin Clinic

PERIOD OF DELIVERY:  Two (2) Years Contract

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Procurement Unit, Central Medical Store Building Seychelles Hospital, Mont Fleuri, Mahe and/or at the Accounts Department at the Baie Ste Anne Hospital, Praslin as of Tuesday 3rd February 2026from 9:00am – 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 9th February 2026 not later than 2:00 pm. 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “TENDER FOR MAINTENECANCE SERVICES AT HEALTH CARE FACILITIES” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND AT THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN, BEFORE 10:00AM ON MONDAY 23RD FEBRUARY 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
