PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES AT THE BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN HOSPITAL.

The Health Care Agency (HCA) invites sealed applications from interested and eligible Service Providers for purposes of pre-qualification for the tender for the “Provision of Catering Services at the Baie Ste Anne Praslin Hospital”, it is applicable for Food Caterer with an establishment located on Praslin.

The Pre-Qualification Documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be collected free of charge at the Office of the Health Care Agency, Procurement Unit, Central Medical Store Building and/or at the Baie Ste Anne Praslin Hospital, Administration Office between 9:00am to 3:00pm, Tuesday 10^th February.

The last day for collection of documents shall be on Monday 16^th February 2026 at 3:00pm.

Applications prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Pre-qualification documents must be submitted on or before Monday 02^nd March 2026 at 10:00am in the Tender Box at:

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter, at the Baie Ste Anne Praslin District Administration Office in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted and within 45 days after the completion of the Pre-qualification process, the Tender Documents for the “Provision of Catering Services at the Baie Ste Anne Hospital” will be issued to the short-listed applicants.
