PROCUREMENT OF 70 GSM WOODFREE PAPER FOR PRINTING OF SEYCHELLES NATION NEWSPAPER

The National Information Services Agency wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Procurement of 70 gsm woodfree paper for printing of Seychelles NATION newspaper, through the adoption of Limited Bidding Method under Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of restricted qualified sources to provide the goods as per specifications.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • Roxcel trading
  • Glopaca International
  • Intergraph Ltee
  • Orchid paper trading
  • Abulhoul printing press

This tender is restricted only to potential Suppliers/ Agents of paper mills that can supply/deliver high quality paper as per NISA’s requirement. Interested participants must submit their interest along with the following mandatory documentations:

  • Copy of Business license as trader/ agents for paper
  • Reference of past supplies

Deadline for submission of interest should be done no later than wednesday25th February 2026.
