PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE “HOLIDAY PROGRAM.”

The Ministry For Social Affairs, Family and Equality. intends to pre-qualify Service Providers for the “Holiday Programme

The Pre-Qualification documents containing detailed Terms and Conditions, can be collected free of charge, at the Office of the Family and Equality Department between 9am to 3pm. Mondays to Fridays

Last day of collection Monday 16^th February 2026

Interested eligible Applicants, may obtain further information from Family and Equality Department on email address marco.gerry@gov.sc

Completed Pre-Qualification documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and be deposited in the Tender Box at:

Room 204, 2^nd Floor, Family and Equality Department

Oliaji Building Trade Centre

so as to be received on or before.Tuesday 3^rd March 2026. no later than 11.00am

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter Room 204, 2^nd Floor, Family and Equality Department, Oliaji Building Trade Centre in the presence of Applicants or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bidding Documents for the “the Holiday Program”, will be subsequently issued to the short-listed Applicants only.
