PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE VICTORIA NIGHT SHELTER AT NORTH EAST POINT

The Social Affairs Department is inviting for bids from locally registered/licensed caterers for the Provision of Catering Services for the Victoria Night Shelter at North East Point.

Conditions

·        To provide One (1) meal per day – Dinner

·        Seven (7) days per week (including public holidays)

·        Meals must be delivered at the Victoria Night Shelter – North East Point

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Monday 2^nd March 2026 to Friday 13^th  March 2026 from 9.00am to 3.00pm. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR100.00 at the Social Affairs Department, Account Section, Unity House, Block C, Second floor.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 18^th March 2026 at 10.00am.  The venue is at the Social Affairs Department, Unity House, Block C, Second floor / Conference Room.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-tender meeting.  Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the evaluation process.

Tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Catering Services – Victoria NightShelter –North East Point” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 10.30am Seychelles Time on Monday 23^rd March 2026.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10.30am on Monday 23^rd March 2026 at the National Tender Board.  Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening session.

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
