Source Of Finance: Government of Seychelles.

Project Title: Procurement of Four (4) Vehicles.                                                                                                                                                                           

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms: All licensed and Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in the Seychelles.

Subject: The vehicles are to be used for staff transportation and filming crews.

Period of Delivery: Three (3) Months from the date of award of the contract. 

Access to Tender Documents:   The tender documents can be obtained at the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation, Hermitage, Mont Fleuri, at the Secretariat office as from Tuesday 03rd March 2026 from9am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm or can be requested via email of patricia.banane@sbc.sc& SBCFinance@sbc.sc                                                        

Closing date for obtaining the Tender Documents:  The closing date for obtaining the tender documents is Monday 09th March 2026 at 3:00 pm.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sbc-procurement-of-four-4-vehicles-suv-two-wheel-drive WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10.30AM ON WEDNESDAY 25th MARCH 2026. TENDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) VEHICLES FOR SBC” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BERETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
