THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (“FSA”) IS INVITING ALL INTERESTED PARTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT AND TONERS FOR THE YEAR 2026.

The Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) is inviting all interested parties to participate in the Procurement of IT Equipment and Toners for the Year 2026. The tender is divided into the following lots:

  1. Lot 1 – IT Equipment
  2. Lot 2 – Toners

Source of finance: Financial Services Authority 

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

  1. The tender is open to all local licensed suppliers;
  2. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2026 from the Seychelles Revenue Commission;
  3. VAT Registration Certificate;
  4. The bidders should be a registered business/commercial entity;
  5. Must not be debarred by any Government Organization/Departments in Seychelles.

Qualification: Bidders should have experience in supplying IT Equipment and Toners to Government Organizations/ Departments or private companies in Seychelles for at least 2 years.

Period of Delivery: Within six (6) Weeks after the award of Contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the FSA’s Procurement Unit, Room 302 at Sunshine Commercial Building, Providence Industrial Estate or by emailing the Procurement Unit, at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc as from Monday 9th March, 2026   between 8.30A.M to 3P.M.

The closing date for requesting the Tender Dossier shall be Friday 13th March, 2026 at 12.00P.M. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to the FSA Procurement Unit no later than Wednesday 25th March 2026.                                                                                                                  

Submission of Tender Dossier:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal

https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/fsa-procurement-of-it-equipment-and-toners-for-the-year-2026  which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 10:30A.M Seychelles Time on Tuesday 31st  March, 2026.  The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement of IT Equipment and Toners” in the email subject.  

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30A.M Seychelles Time (SCT) on Tuesday 31st  March, 2026 at the National Tender Board Secretariat,Attic Floor, Care House Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
