REPLACEMENT OF WATER PIPES IN DUCTING IN TWO (2) BLOCKS OF SIX UNITS FLAT AT REMIZ HOUSING ESTATE – ANSE ROYALE (PHASE 1)

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractors Class Two (2) and Three (3) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Four (4) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation (PMC) via email procurement@pmc.sc as from Wednesday 08^th April 2026 as from 9:00am to 2:30pm

Deadline for obtaining the tender dossier shall be on Tuesday 14^th April 2026 not later than 2:30pm.

PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 16th April 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting point shall be at the Car Park of the UNISEY at Anse Royale.

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “REPLACEMENT OF WATER PIPES IN DUCTING IN TWO (2) BLOCKS OF SIX UNITS FLAT AT REMIZ HOUSING ESTATE – ANSE ROYALE (PHASE 1)” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 10:30AM ON WEDNESDAY 29^TH APRIL 2026.  TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
