TENDER FOR THE HIRING OF BOATS AND DIVERS FOR COLLECTION OF SEA WATER SAMPLES

Eligibility: Fully licensed boat owners and divers.

Subject: Bids are invited for the services of licensed boat owners classified under the ‘Hirer Craft License’ (Monohull, Catamaran, Boston Whaler, Glass Bottom Boat, Trimaran) for the transportation of divers, diving equipment, and equipment for collection of sea water samples, as well as for qualified divers to collect water samples at different intake and discharge points of the desalination plants and sewage outfalls on Mahé.

This initiative forms part of our continuous effort to minimize the environmental impact of waste discharges and to ensure compliance with EMS 14001:2015 and the PUC Environmental Policy.

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 or it can be obtained by e-mailing blista@puc.sc Cc: nchetty@puc.sc and zfinesse@puc.sc as from Wednesday 08th April 2026  – Tuesday 14th April 2026 from 9:00am – 12 noon and 1pm – 3pm. No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 16th April 2026 at 1:30pm at PUC Maison De Malavois, Bois de Rose.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, Care House, Attic Floor Gordon Square, Victoria” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR THE HIRING OF BOATS AND DIVERS FOR COLLECTION OF SEA WATER SAMPLES” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Care House, Attic Floor Gordon Square, Victoria.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 23rd April, 2026 at 10:00am (Seychelles Time).

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 23rd April, 2026 at 10:00am (Seychelles Time) at the National Tender Board, Care House, Attic Floor Gordon Square, Victoria.
