PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MACHINERY FOR ASPHALTING WORKS.

The Seychelles Land Transport Agency (“SLTA”) is inviting all interested parties to participate in the PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MACHINERY FOR ASPHALTING WORKS. The tender is divided into the three (3) following lots:

Lot 1: Supply of one (1) 4.5-ton sit-on-top roller

Lot 2: Supply of one (1) 3-ton wheel loader

Lot 3: Supply of two (2) pedestrian walk-behind rollers

Bidders may participate in one (1) or all Lots and Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one lot or all Lots.

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

  1. The tender is open to all local and international licensed suppliers;
  2. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2026 from the Seychelles Revenue Commission (applicable for local suppliers only);
  3. VAT Registration Certificate for local suppliers;
  4. The bidders should be a registered business/ commercial entity.
  5. Must not be debarred by any Government Organization/Departments in Seychelles.

Qualification: Bidders should have experience in supplying of machinery to Government Organizations/ Departments or private companies in Seychelles for at least 5 years.

Period of Delivery: Four (4) Months after the award of Contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the SLTA’s Procurement Unit at the Dream Gate Complex, 1st Floor or by emailing the Procurement Unit, at otirant@slta.sc as from Monday 20th April 2026   between 8.30A.M to 3P.M.

The closing date for requesting the Tender Dossier shall be Monday 27th April, 2026 at 12.00P.M. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to the FSA Procurement Unit before Monday 06th April, 2026.                                                                                                                        

Submission of Tender Dossier:  

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/slta-procurement-for-the-supply-of-machinery-for-asphalting-works which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 10: 00A.M Seychelles Time on Tuesday 12th May, 2026.  The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MACHINERY FOR ASPHALTING WORKS”in the email subject.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00A.M Seychelles Time (SCT) on Tuesday 12th May, 2026 at the National Tender Board Secretariat,Attic Floor, Care House Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
