THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES INVITES TENDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF AIR CONDITIONING SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE AT THE FAMILY HOSPITAL, ILE PERSEVERANCE.

ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Refrigeration Contractors registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Conditions:

  1. Bidders must demonstrate previous experience in facility maintenance or similar projects within the last Three (3) years.
  1. Bidders must have qualified technical staff and necessary equipment to perform the services
  • Bidders must comply with all relevant Seychelles laws, regulations, and Ministry of Health standards related to maintenance, safety, and environmental protection.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Family Hospital, Ile Perseverance

PERIOD OF DELIVERY:  Two (2) Years Contract

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Unit, Central Medical Store Building, Seychelles Hospital, Mont Fleuri, Mahe as of Monday 27th April 2026from 9:00am – 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 4th May 2026 not later than 2:00 pm. 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF AIR CONDITIOINING SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE AT THE FAMILY HOSPITAL, ILE PERSEVERANCE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:30AM ON MONDAY 18TH MAY 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
