PROCUREMENT OF AVK BALL FLOAT VALVES FOR WATER DIVISION

The Public Utilities Corporation wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Procurementof AVK Ball Float Valves (Aluminum and Polypropylene Floats) through the adoption of Limited Bidding method under Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of restricted qualified sources to provide the goods as per specifications.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

-    AVK Valves India PVT Ltd

-    HDSA Shipping

-     Blue Zone Mauritius Ltd

This tender is restricted only to potential manufacturers or supplier that can supply / deliver items as per PUC requirement.

Interested participants must submit their interest along with the following mandatory documents:

• Manufacturers full company profile/details and addre
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAF): A formal letter from AVK authorizing the bidder to supply their products for this specific procurement.
• Official Technical Data Sheets: Manufacturer’s literature and specifications for the specific AVK Float Valves being offered.
• Certificate of Origin: Documentation confirming the valves are genuine AVK products from an authorized factory.
• Quality Assurance Certifications: Valid ISO 9001/14001 certificates for the manufacturing facility.
