PROCUREMENT OF A LEGAL DRAFTER TO UNDERTAKE LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING AND PREPARATION OF LEGAL INSTRUMENTS.

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced individual licensed to operate in Seychelles, to provide professional legal drafting and settling services to the FSA.

The objective  is to engage a dedicated specialist in legislative drafting new legislation, regulations, policies, or complex commercial contracts and review existing legal instruments, conducting gap analyses, and aligning national laws with international treaties or standards. 

The Expression of Interest (“EOI”) document contains the following:

• Background and Objective of the Consultancy Services
• Terms of Reference (“TOR”)
• Submission Requirement
• Qualification Criteria
• Evaluation Criteria

The EOI document can be requested at the email address specified below between Friday 08^th May 2026 to Wednesday 20^th May, 2026 between 0900Hrs to 1500Hrs Local Time. All interested parties should convey their interest to the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Authority by email at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc with the heading “Procurement of Legal Drafter to undertake Legislative Drafting and preparation of Legal Instruments for the Financial Services Authority” no later than 1200Hrs Local Time on Thursday 28^th May, 2026. No responses will be accepted after the set deadline.  

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
