DIGITALIZATION OF SFA FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2025 AND 2026

The Seychelles Fisheries Authority wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Digitalization of SFA Financial Documents for the year 2025 and 2026 using the Limited Bidding Method under Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008:

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  1. Executive Logistics and Events
  2. Joe Laurence
  3. Pro Archives

The tender is restricted to local service providers registered and operating in Seychelles that are capable of providing the required services.

All interested participants must submit the following mandatory documents together with their expression of interest:

  • At least one reference confirming the provision of similar services involving sensitive information.
  • A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2026.
  • Business Registration documents.

In line with Regulation 77 (4) (d) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2014, any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishes to express interest in participating in the procurement and meet the above eligibility criteria, may contact or submit their applications to the address below before, 02.00pm on Tuesday 02nd June 2026.
