Project Title: Digitalized Archiving System 

Eligibility: All registered businesses providing scanning services in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Period of Delivery:18 – 24 months from Date of Award

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Maison Queau de Quinssy, Mont Fleuri, Mahé, Seychelles as from Wednesday 03^rd June 2026 to Wednesday 10^th June 2026 from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

NOTE: The tender dossier is available at a non- refundable fee of SCR500.00 to all interested bidders.

Bidders may inspect the bidding document prior to purchase.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting scheduled for Thursday 11^th June 2026 at 10:00am at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Maison Queau de Quinssy, Mont Fleuri.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/ site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOSSIER:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “DIGITALIZATION AND ARCHIVING OF FILES”, AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 23^RD JUNE 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
