TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF TWO (2) PRE FABRICATED LIFTSTATION FOR THE MANDARINE AND TRANSIT (BARABARONS) HOUSING ESTATE

The Property Management Corporation (PMC) wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF TWO (2) PRE FABRICATED LIFTSTATION FOR THE MANDARINE HOUSING ESTATE AND TRANSIT (BARABARONS) HOUSING ESTATE through the adoption of Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified Suppliers meeting the criteria to undertake the works.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  1. Ascent Project Pty Ltd (Sey)
  2. Blue Zone (Mau)

All potential participants must submit the following mandatory documents along with their interests:

  1. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
  2. A valid License
  3. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial year 2026
  4. Company profile showing years of experience along with past projects of similar nature
  5. Certificate of authorization from the manufacturer
  6. A valid VAT Certificate (if applicable)
