PROCUREMENT OF VARIABLES FREQUENCY DRIVES (VFDs)

The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the procurement of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s) through the adoption of Limited Bidding Method under Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of restricted qualified sources to supply the VFD’s as per PUC’s specifications.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

• In Control (Seychelles)
• Engphil (UAE)
• Trans Crescent Water FZC (UAE)

The tender is restricted to Manufacturer and authorized Distributor of VFD’s, that can deliver to the requirement within a specific time frame.

Any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishing to participate in this procurement, may contact or submit their interest containing the below submission requirements via email to the Procurement Section of the PUC based at Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue.

The following information must be submitted along with their interests:

• Business Registration Document
• List of past supply’s
• Technical Support Capabilities
• Product Catalogue, Brochures and Technical Data Sheet
• Audited Financial Statement for the Last 5 Years

Deadline for submission of interest should be done not later than Friday 03^rd July 2026.
