THE MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT & INNER ISLANDS INVITES TENDERS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV)

SOURCE OF FINANCE:  Government of Seychelles

Procurement of One (1) Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)

ELIGIBILITY: All Licensed and Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles

are eligible to tender on equal terms.

PURPOSE: Vehicle is to be used for daily operation                                              

PERIOD OF DELIVERY:  Four (4) Months from the date of Contract Award

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Procurement Unit, 2^nd Floor Room 217, Oceangate House as from Wednesday 01^st July, 2026 between 9.00am to 2.00pm.

Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via e-mail to jmangroo@gov.sc .

CLOSING DATE FOR OBTAINING TENDER: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 07^th July 2026 at 2.00pm.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTALhttps://www.ntb.sc/tenders/mlgii-procurement-of-one-1-sport-utility-vehicle-suv WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 14^th JULY 2026. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE SUV” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS OR REPRESENTATIVE(S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED

TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
