SEYCHELLES HOME CARE AGENCY INVITES TENDERS TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE - SUV

The Procurement of Vehicle is divided into Two (2) Lots as follows:

  • Lot 1 –  Procurement of One (1) SUV
  • Lot 2 – Procurement Of One (1) SUV

i.          Bidders may participate in one (1) or both lots.

ii.         Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) lot or both lots.

Project Title: Procurement of Two (2) Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject: Vehicle for sites visits and daily operation of the Agency                                 

Period of Delivery: Within Four (4) months from the date of confirmation of award    

Access to tender Dossier:  Tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Home Care Agency, Block A, Room 201 or via email from emma.isnard@gov.sc / shrbm.shca@gov.sc as of Wednesday 1st July 2026 to Wednesday 8th July 2026 from 09:00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/shca-procurement-of-two-2-sport-utility-vehicle-suv  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 22nd JULY 2026. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV)”IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA.   

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
