TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

The National Assembly of Seychelles is inviting bids from all private & locally registered and licensed transport Service Providers for the transportation of staff.

Scope of Services 

The scope shall entail the following:

  • Provision of transportation services to pick up and drop off National Assembly staff on an agreed schedule and other hired transportation services for any additional need at the option and request of the National Assembly.
  • The duration of the contract is 24 calendar months
  • Required a minimum x4 (Four) 15-Seater Buses

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to all private & locally registered Service Providers.
  • A copy of the valid license to be produced upon purchase of the tender dossier.
  • All pricing should be quoted in local currency (Seychelles Rupees).
  • Vehicle(s) to be used should be in very good condition and comprehensively insured, covering full passenger insurance liability.
  • Provide proof of verifiable previous experiences of similar services within the last two (2) years.

Bidders may inspect the bidding document before purchasing. 

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtained from the Corporate Services Department at the National Assembly, Ile Du Port as of Tuesday 14th July 2026 to Monday 20th July 2026 as from 10:00am to 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 150.00. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline.

Bidders shall attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday 21st July 2026 at 10:00am at the National Assembly of Seychelles, Ile Du Port.  Bidders failing to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be disqualified.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the Provision of Transportation Services” and submitted in the Tender Box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, before10:30am (Seychelles Time) on Tuesday 4th August 2026.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30am onTuesday 4th August 2026 at the National Tender Board.

Bidders are welcome to attend the tender opening.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
