THE LEASE AND MANAGEMENT OF A RUMINANT GENETIC FACILITY AT GRAND ANSE MAHE

The Pre-Qualification Documents containing detailed terms and conditions, can be collected free of charge, as from Monday 20^th July 2026 between 9:00am to 2:00pm at the Department of Agriculture, 1^st Floor, Espace Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. The last day for collection of documents will be on Monday 27^th July 2026 at 2:00pm.

Interested eligible Service Providers, may obtain further information from Procurement Officer, on email address: bbarreau@gov.sc or procurement_AD@gov.sc

Applications for pre-qualification shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Reception at the Department of Agriculture, 1^st Floor, Espace Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles on or before Friday 07^th August 2026 at 11:00am.

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter at the Department of Agriculture, 1^st Floor, Espace Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted.

Within 45 days after the completion of the pre-qualification process, the Tender Documents for the Lease and Management of a ruminant genetic facility at Grand Anse Mahe” will be issued to the short-listed applicants.
