SUPPLY OF HIGH-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) PIPES FOR POTABLE AND WASTEWATER APPLICATION.

The tender has been divided into two (2) Lots as follows:

Lot 1: HDPE pipes for water applications

Lot 2: HDPE pipes for Wastewater applications

Eligibility: All local and international manufacturers / suppliers.

Scope: Bids are invited for the Supply of HDPE pipes for potable water application and HDPE pipes for wastewater applications. Bidders must quote for all items requested as per the Schedule of Requirements.

The successful bidder will be required to deliver all the pipes within eight (8) weeks ex-works basis from the date of signing the contract document.

or

hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 as from Thursday 23rd July 2026 to Friday 31st July 2026 from 08:30hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.30hrs to 16.00hrs.

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.                                                     

Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal

 Website.

Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of HDPE Pipes’’ in the subject.

Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Monday 31st August 2026 at 10:30hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 31st August 2026 at 10:30hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
