PROCUREMENT OF ONE 15 SEATER BUS

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject : Vehicle to be used for administrative duties and site visit/Official visits                                               

Period of Delivery : Three (3) Months from the date of confirmation

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Social Affairs Department, Unity House Block C, Second Floor, as from Monday 27^th July, 2026.

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday 3^rd August 2026  

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-one-15-seater-busWHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 11^th AUGUST 2026 THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE 15 SEATER BUS”.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA.  BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
