THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (“FSA”) IS INVITING ALL LOCALLY REGISTERED AND LICENSED SUPPLIERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE STATIONERY FOR THE YEAR 2026.

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

  1. The tender is open to all locally registered and licensed suppliers;
  2. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2026 from the Seychelles Revenue Commission;
  3. A valid VAT Registration Certificate;
  4. The Bidder should be a registered Business/Commercial entity;
  5. Must not be debarred by any Government Organization/Departments in Seychelles.

Qualification: Bidders should have experience in supplying Office Stationery to Government Organizations/ Departments or private companies in Seychelles for at least 4 years.

Period of Delivery: Within Eight (8) Weeks upon signing of the contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the FSA’s Procurement Unit, Room 302 at Sunshine Commercial Building, Providence Industrial Estate or by emailing the Procurement Unit, at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc as from Wednesday 5th August 2026 between8.00A.M to 1.30P.M.

The closing date for requesting the Tender Dossier shall be Tuesday 11th August 2026 at 1.30P.M. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to the FSA Procurement Unit before Thursday 20th August,2026.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Bidder is welcome to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Thursday 13th August, 2026 at 9: 00A.M at the FSA Conference Room, Administration Building at Bois de Rose Avenue.                             

Submission of Tender Dossier:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal

https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/fsa-procurement-of-office-stationery-for-the-year-2026   which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 10:30A.M Seychelles Time on Thursday 27th August 2026.  The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement of Office Stationery for the Year 2026” in the email subject.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30A.M Seychelles Time (SCT) on Thursday 27th August 2026 at the National Tender Board Secretariat,Attic Floor, Care House Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
