Procurement of two (2) Hybrid Electric Vehicle ( HEVs)

Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject : Vehicle is to be used for site visits by the Technical teams.

Period of Delivery : Four (4) Months from the date of confirmation

Access to tender Dossier : Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via e- mail to procurement@pmc.sc cc hilary.dogley@pmc.sc as from Thursday 06th August 2026 between 9.00am to 2.00pm.

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 12^th August 2026 at 2.00pm

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders: 

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/pmc-procurement-of-two-2-hybrid-electric-vehicle-hevs WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NO LATER THAN 11:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 27^TH AUGUST AT 11.00AM. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) SUV’s FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
