PROCUREMENT FOR THE OUTSOURCING OF AN EVENT PLANNER FOR THE LOSPITALITE LAFYERTE SESEL SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD CEREMONY

The Tourism Department wishes to inform all prospective Bidders, that the Department will be undertaking the above-mentioned procurement through the adoption of Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act of 2008.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  1. GM Events
  2. CEM Enterprise

Any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishes to express the interest in participating in same may contact the Tourism Department by latest Tuesday 25th August 2026 at 12 pm.

The following information must be submitted;

  1. Detailed profile of the company, inclusive of relevant business registration, Tax registration, license document, details of ownership, and staffing.
  2. List of similar projects undertaken over the past two years.
