THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND SEWING OF UNIFORM FOR THE STAFF OF THE IMMIGRATION & CIVIL IDENTITY SYSTEM DEPARTMENT

The Immigration & Civil Identity System Department is inviting tenders for THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND SEWING OF UNIFORM FOR THE STAFF OF THE IMMIGRATION & CIVIL IDENTITY SYSTEM DEPARTMENT.
Conditions

• The tender is open to locally licensed and registered companies/suppliers only.
• All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR).
• All the above goods are to be transported to the office of the Immigration & Civil Identity System Department at the Independence House, Victoria within a period of three (3) months.
• The successful bidder will have to ensure that delivery is made as per Delivery Schedule set by the Immigration & Civil Identity System Department.

The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Immigration & Civil Identity System Department at the Reception Independence House, 1st Floor, as of Monday 24th August 2026 from 09:00 am to 3:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 28th August 2026 not later than 3:00 pm.
No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.
Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday 1st September 2026 at 10.00 am at the Department Conference Room, 1st Floor of Independence House in Victoria. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS & SEWING OF UNIFORM” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE, REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES BEFORE CLOSING AT 11:30 AM SEYCHELLES TIME ON MONDAY 14^TH SEPTEMBER 2026

BIDS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:30AM ON MONDAY 14^TH SEPTEMBER 2026 AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
