PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES FOR THE NATIONAL SPORTS COUNCIL

The Procurement of Vehicle is divided into Six (6) Lots as follows:

      • Lot 1 - Two (2) 30-Seater Buses)
      • Lot 2- One (1) 3-Ton Payload Truck (Long Wheel Base)
      • Lot 3 – One (1) Electric Double Cab Pick Up
      • Lot 4 – One (1) Electric Vehicle
      • Lot 5- One (1) 1-Ton Payload Truck (standard cabin)
      • Lot 6- One (1) 15-seater Omni bus

i. Bidders may participate in one (1) or all lots.

ii.Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) lot or bot more than One (1) lots.

SOURCE OF FINANCE : Government of Seychelles

Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject : Vehicle to be used for administrative duties and site visit purposes

Period of Delivery : Four (4) Months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the National Sports Council,       Senior Project Officer Office, Stad Linite, Roche Caiman, as from Monday 24th August 2026 between 9.00am to 12.00pm

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 28th August 2026 at 12.00pm

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/nsc-procurement-of-vehicles-for-the-national-sports-council WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER 2026. THE BIDDER ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLESFOR THE NATIONAL SPORTS COUNCIL” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION
