PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES FOR THE SEYCHELLES PRISON SERVICE (SPS)

The Seychelles Prison Service invites tenders for the Procurement of Vehicles divided into Two (2) Lots as shown below: 

  • Lot 1 – One (1) Bus (30) Seater
  • Lot 2 – One (1) Minivan (15) Seater

Source of Finance : Government of Seychelles

 

Eligibility : All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject : Vehicle are to be used for the daily operations                                                                                                                               

Period of Delivery : Four (4) months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier : The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Prison Service Room 202 Oliaji Trade Centre Victoria, Mahe, as from Wednesday 26th August 2026 from 9.00am to 2.30 pm

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 01st September 2026 at 2.30 pm.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline

Submission of Tender Dossier:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sps-procurement-of-vehicles-for-the-seychelles-prison-service-sps”. WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON FRIDAY 04th SEPTEMBER 2026. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES FOR THE SEYCHELLES PRISON SERVICE (SPS)”, TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING ON TUESDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 2026 AT 11.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLES.  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
