SUPPLY OF 151 METRIC TONNES (MT) OF CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR WATER TREATMENT.

Eligibility: All local and international manufacturers / suppliers.

Scope: Supply of 151 Metric Tonnes (MT) of Calcium Hypochlorite for use in water treatment. The supply shall be executed in three shipments throughout the year 2026.

The successful bidder will be required to deliver the product as per following schedule:

First shipment of 50.40 MT must be delivered by February 2027

Second shipment of 50.40 MT must be delivered by June 2027

Third shipment of 50.40 MT must be delivered by October 2027

Collection of tender:  Soft copy of the Tender dossier can be obtained for free of charge via email to blista@puc.sc cc:  nchetty@puc.sc and zfinesse@puc.sc or hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 as from Monday 14th September 2026 to Friday 18th September 2026 from 08:30hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.30hrs to 16.00hrs.

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.                                                    

Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/puc-supply-of-calcium-hypochlorite-2 which can be found on the NTB’s Website.

Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title "Supply of Calcium Hypochlorite" in the subject.

Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 15th October 2026 at 10:30hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 15th October 2026 at 10:30hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
