Scope of Service | The floodlight and mast will enable the airport to receive better light coverage on the apron area on our airside in line with the STS-ADR standard. |
Eligibility: | The tender is open to registered international companies with proven experience in supplying airport lighting equipment, particularly companies that have previously supplied airport apron floodlights and lighting masts. |
Period of Delivery: | Five (5) Months |
Access to Tender Dossier: | Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased via email procurement@saa.sc as of Friday 11th September 2026 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs (Seychelles Time) at a non-refundable fee of EURO 45.00 OR USD 50.00 OR GBP 38.00. |
Closing Date for Dossier:
Compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting: | The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 17th September 2026 at 1500hrs (Seychelles Time). NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE. The Bank Account Number will be provided upon request, and the tender dossier will be provided upon deposit of the fees. Not Applicable (N/A)
