Subject: | Vehicles are to be used for administrative duties and Maintenance and infrastructure team. |
Period of Delivery: | Four (4) Months from the date of the award of contract. |
Access to tender Dossier: | The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the Accounts department, New Port Depot Latanier Road, or by emailing the Procurement Unit at Bernadette.Albert@sptc.sc as from Wednesday 16thSeptember 2026 between8:30am to 3:00pm. |
Closing date for Dossier: | The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 22nd September 2026at 03.00pm. |

WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11:30A.M (SEYCHELLES TIME) ONTHURSDAY 08th OCTOBER 2026. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF THREE ELECTRIC (EV) SUV” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.
TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:30A.M (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 08th OCTOBER 2026 AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (“NTB”) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLES. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
