Eligibility: | The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles. |
Subject: | The bus is intended for the transportation of FSA staff. |
Period of Delivery: | Four (4) Months from the date of the award of contract. |
Access to tender Dossier: | The Tender Dossier can be obtained by emailing the Procurement Unit at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc as from Wednesday 16th September 2026 between8:30am to 3:00pm. |
Closing date for Dossier: | The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 22nd September 2026at 3:00pm. |

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (“NTB”) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/fsa-procurement-of-one-1-30-seater-bus WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10:30A.M (SEYCHELLES TIME) ONWEDNESDAY 30THSEPTEMBER 2026. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) 30-SEATER BUS” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.
TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30A.M (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER 2026 AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (“NTB”) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLES. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
