INVITATION TO TENDER

PROCUREMENT OF BOOKS

-       The Ministry of Education is inviting tenders for the Procurement of books

         Conditions

-       The tender is opened to locally registered/ licenced companies/suppliers only.

-       All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR).

-       All the above goods are to be transported to the Central Store at the Ministry of Education & Human Resource Development.

-       The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within THREE (03) months from Date of Award.

The tender documents can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri, Mahé, Seychelles as from 09.00am Monday 02^nd August, 2021 uponpayment of a non-refundable fee of SR150. The closing date for the collection of tender’s dossier shall be Friday 06^th August 2021 at 3.00PM. Bidders are allowed to inspect the tender document prior to purchase.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting scheduled for Monday 09^th August 2021 at 10:00 A.M at the CCATS Training Room at the Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF BOOKS” AND PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10.00 A.M ON Wednesday 25th August 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00A.M. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED.
