INVITATION TO TENDER

The Department of Information Communications and Technology (DICT) is inviting all interested parties to participate in the tenders for the Procurement of Network Support Infrastructure Upgrade Equipment

Source of finance:   Government of Seychelles

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms;

  1. a valid Supplier license issued by Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA)
  2. a valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2026 issued by Seychelles Revenue Authority (SRC)
  3. The bidders should be a registered business/commercial entity;
  4. A copy of Valid VAT Registration Certificate

Deadline for delivery of goods: Within Sixty (60) days from signing of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at:

 as from Tuesday 13th October 2026 between 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:30pm, against payment of a non–refundable fee of SR 150/-.

Closing to obtain Tender Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the Tender Dossier is Monday 19th October 2026 at 3:30pm.

Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the Tender Dossier prior to purchase.

Submission of Tender Dossier:           

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal

https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/dict-procurement-of-network-support-infrastructure-upgrade-equipment  which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 11:00A.M Seychelles Time on Thursday 29th October, 2026.  The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement of Network Support Infrastructure Upgrade Equipment” in the email subject.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00A.M Seychelles Time (SCT) on Thursday 29th October, 2026 at the National Tender Board Secretariat,Attic Floor, Care House Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
