INVITATION TO TENDER

Source of Finance:  The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC)

Project Title: Leasing of accommodation (a house or apartment units) for eleven (11) expatriate staff

Eligibility:  All registered lessors with accommodation large enough with all required amenities to accommodate all eleven (11) staff under one roof.

Subject: Bid is hereby invited for leasing of a house or apartment units located within 30 minutes’ drive of the vicinity of Victoria.

For a non-refundable fee of SCR 200.00 from the PUC’s Procurement Office at Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue.

Bidding document shall be issued as from Wednesday 4th August 2021 to Friday 13th August 2021 from 9am – 12 noon and 1pm – 4pm. 

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Submission of Tender: Submission of hard copy must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Leasing of house/ apartment for eleven expatriate staff” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Soft copy of bids can be submitted via email to NTBtenderbox@gov.sc only with subject “Leasing of house/ apartment for eleven expatriate staff”.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 26th August 2021 at 10:00Hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 26th August 2021 at 10.00Hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
