PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR UNDERTAKING OF NON-DESTRUCTIVE EVALUATION TESTS AND DETERMINATION OF PCR VALUE OF AIRSIDE PAVEMENTS AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Scope of Service

The SAA requires the service of a registered Contractors/Agencies who has adequate expertise in pavement evaluation using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and the determination of ACR/PCR value

· To determine the load-carrying capacity of its existing pavements used by aircrafts < 5,700kg.

· To generate Pavement Classification Rating (PCR) value for each airside pavements used by aircrafts < 5,700kg

Eligibility:

Suitable and qualified Internationally registered companies who can demonstrated expertise and technical ability in using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and who are thoroughly familiar with the process of determination of PCR value in accordance with the requirements of ICAO Doc 9157 Part 3

Period of Delivery:

Two (2) months

Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased via email procurement@saa.sc as of Friday 30^th October 2026 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs (Seychelles Time) at a non-refundable fee of EURO 88.00 OR USD 100.00 OR GBP 75.00. 

Closing Date for Dossier:

Compulsory Pre-Bid  Meeting:

The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 6^th November 2026 at 1500hrs (Seychelles Time).  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

The Bank Account Number will be provided upon request and the tender dossier will be provided upon deposit of the fees.

There shall be a compulsory Pre-bid Meeting on Tuesday 10^th November 2026 at 1100hrs (Seychelles Time). The meeting shall be conducted virtually via a link to be provided by SAA after confirmation of participation in the tender.
