PROVISION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE SEYCHELLES AIRPORTS AUTHORITY

The Seychelles Airports Authority (SAA) is inviting bids from a fully or partly owned Seychellois Service Providers for the “Provision of waste management services for the Seychelles Airports Authority”.

Scope of Service

To provide skip bins and waste collection services at designated areas on airside and landside at the Seychelles International Airport.

Eligibility:

·Be locally registered and licensed waste collection service contractor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing skip bins and waste collection to large companies.

·Provide a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2026 

·Be VAT Registered (if applicable).

Performance Period:

Two (2) years from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the Procurement Unit, Seychelles Airports Authority, 1st Floor Sunshine House, Providence, Mahe as of Wednesday 04th November 2026 from 09:00am to 3:00pm at a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 10th November 2026 at 3:00pm.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A MANDATORY site information meeting has been organized on Thursday 12th November 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting place shall be at the Domestic Arrival Terminal Landing (opposite Skychef shop) at the Seychelles International Airport.

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:00AM ON THURSDAY 26TH NOVEMBER 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
