PROCUREMENT FOR A COMPREHENSIVE PHYSICAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS ASSESSMENT FOR SELECTED GOVERNMENT FACILITIES

The appointed Service Provider will be responsible to;

  1. Identify and assess the overall security risks and vulnerabilities at these Premises listed in the Annexes.
  2. Produce a Security Risk Assessment Report, (the “Report”) for all these Premises which would comprise of;
  3. recommended options and associated resources to mitigate or eliminate threats and vulnerabilities and
  4. make recommendations to render the provision of security services more cost effective and thus enhance the value for money
  5. The report should include a complete preliminary objective plan with cost estimates where required for: CCTV systems layout, alarms, sensors and lightening layout or any other innovative security solution

Duration of the contract: Within two (2) months from Letter of Award

Interested bidders are informed that bidding documents can be downloaded on the Ministry’s website (http://www.finance.gov.sc) and the Procurement Oversight Unit website (http://www.pou.gov.sc) as from Wednesday 08th September, 2021 and the Deadline for the access to the bidding document will be Wednesday 15th September, 2021 at 12:00hrs.

Bidders are invited attend a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting scheduled for Thursady 16th September, 2021 at 10:00 am link provided in the tender document BID INFORMATION SHEET. 

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation process.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “TENDER FOR SECURITY ASSESSMENT FOR GOS” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:30AM(SEYCHELLES TIME) ON  WEDNESDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER, 2021.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM ON WEDNESDAY 29th SEPTEMBER, 2021 AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD. ONLY ONE BIDDER OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
