Eligibility : All licensed and registered business dealing in tailoring in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Period of Delivery :  As per delivery schedule and as and when required (in consultation with SPA)  

Access to Tender Dossier   : The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Procurement Section Office or via e-mail, Seychelles Ports Authority, Mahe Quay, New Port, Mahe, Seychelles as from Wednesday 08thSeptember 2021 to Tuesday 14th September 2021 office hours from 0900hrs to 1530hrs

NOTE:The tender dossier is available at a non- refundable fee of SCR150.00 to all interested bidders.

Bidders may inspect the bidding document prior to purchase.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting scheduled for Wednesday 15th September, 2021 at 1000am. The meeting point is Seychelles Ports Authority, New Port, and SPA’s Conference Room.Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

Submission of Tender Dossier   

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “SUPPLY AND SEWING OF UNIFORMS FOR SPA”, ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 1030AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER 2021.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.For all enquiries,
