PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS & SEWING OF RE-USABLE SCRUBS

The tender documents can be obtained as from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Wednesday 22^nd September 2021 at the Health Care Agency, Procurement Unit, Central Consumable Store, Seychelles Hospital (CMS) uponpayment at the Account Section, at Red Roof Building, of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00

The closing date for the collection of tender’s dossier shall be Wednesday 29^th September 2021.

Bidders are invited to attend a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Thursday 30^th September 2021 at 10.00 am at the Sheik Khalifa Conference Room, at the Seychelles Hospital. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the evaluation stages.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE LABELLED “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS & SEWING OF RE-USABLE SCRUBS’’ AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT , FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA FOR MAHE, BEFORE MONDAY 11^TH OCTOBER 2021 AT 10:00 AM.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
