Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Tuesday 28th September 2021 from9.00am to 12.00pm.Please note that the deadline for the purchase of bidding document is Monday 04th October 2021 at 12.00pm. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 at the Procurement Unit, Ministry of Land and Housing (MLH), 2nd floor, Independence House.

Bidders may inspect the tender document before purchasing. Bidders should provide copy of valid license upon purchase of the tender document.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday 5th October 2021 at 10.00a.mat the Ministry of Land and Housing (MLH), 2nd floor, Independence House, Room 17.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Renting of IP PABX System and its associated facilities” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 10.00am Seychelles Time on Monday 18th October 2021.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10.00am on Monday 18th October 2021 at the National Tender Board.

Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session.

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

 Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified from the Evaluation process.
