Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed  Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Period of Delivery  :  Within three (3) months from the date of confirmation of award

Access to tender Dossier  :The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority or via email procurement@scaa.sc as of Monday04^th to Friday 08^th October 2021 between 9:00am to 3:00 pm.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Closing date for Dossier :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is  Friday 08^thOctober at 3.00pm.

Submission of Tenders :

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “SUPPLY OF ONE (1) NEW EXTENDED CAB PICKUP” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE NOT LATER THAN 10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 19^TH OCTOBER 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
