In conjunction with all the maintenance requirements listed above, the service provider shall perform safety checks every time a vehicle is brought in for service which shall encompass of the following: repair or replacement to the vehicles; tyres, lights, exhaust system steering and suspension components, frame/sub-frame and cross member, drive shaft u-joints, brake pads, shoe, cables, linkage, wheel cylinder, master cylinder, starter/charging system and cooling system

Eligibility Criteria

  1. The service provider should have a valid garage license
  2. Should have well secured garage premises to ensure safety and security of PUC vehicles while under maintenance (also adequate space).
  3. Should have adequate, experienced and skilled workforce in motor vehicle maintenance i.e. motor vehicle mechanics, auto-electricians and panel beaters
  4. Company/business is registered
  5. Should not have a conflict of interest in relation to the procurement requirement
  6. Should not have been suspended pursuant to Section 94 of the Public Procurement Act 2008

Interested service providers should contact the PUC to obtain a copy of the Pre-qualification form required for submission.

Deadline for submission of proposal

Proposal along with requested documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope labelled “REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MOTOR VEHICLE” shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception area of Maison Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, or in the Tender Box located at the PUC office at the Baie ste Anne Praslin no later than Friday 22nd October 2021 at 10:00am
