TENDER FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION - PERSERVERANCE SECONDARY SCHOOL

The tender documents can be obtained on Mahe at the Ministry of Education (MOE) Accounts Section, Mont Flueri 9:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m on Wednesday 27th October, 2021 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150 or soft copy through request made at enquiry@pou.gov.sc

The closing date for the collection of tender’s dossier shall be Wednesday 3rd November, 2021 at 2:30 PM.

Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.

Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

A COMPULSORY pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 4th November 2021 at 08:30 am at the National Tender Board Secretariat, Bidding Room, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria. Failure to attend the pre-tender meeting will lead to bids declared as unresponsive during the Evaluation process.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR SECURITY SERVICES AT THE PERSEVERANCE SECONDARYSCHOOL” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA FOR MAHE ON OR BEFORE WEDNESDAY 10TH NOVEMBER 2021 AT 10:00 AM.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

IN VIEW OF THE CURRENT COVID -19 RESTRICTIONS, ONLY ONE REPRESENTATIVE IS ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
