Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Period of Delivery :  Within three (3) months from the date of confirmation of award      

Access to tender Dossier: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Employment Department, Independence House Annex, 4^th Floor or via email scapricieuse@employment.gov.sc as of Wednesday 27^th October 2021 to Wednesday 03^rd November 2021 from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Closing date for Dossier :   The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is   Wednesday 03^rd November 2021 at 3.00pm.

Submission of Tenders :

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “SUPPLY OF ONE (1) SUV” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE NOT LATER THAN 10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 10^TH NOVEMBER 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
