Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained via email procurement@scaa.sc, as

Friday 29^th October to Friday 05^th November 2021 between 9:00am to 3:00PM

Closing date for Dossier   :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 05^thNovember 2021 at 3.00pm.

Bidders may inspect the bidding document before purchasing of a non-refundable fee of SR.500.00 and International Bidders Tender document can be purchased via Bank Transfer to SCAA’s bank account. Please note, that the transfer receipt has to be emailed to procurement@scaa.sc before receiving the Tender Document via same platform.

Submission of Tenders;

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF BULK ICT EQUIPMENT” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE NOT LATER THAN 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 25^THNOVEMBER 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND

WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
